Important thing to note is that there were no Libertad gold coins minted from 1995 to 1999, the year 2002 also didn't see any Libertad gold coins minted of any weight. As you can see as well, the minting number is not stable at all some years like 2008 only had very few minted for every weight size, while early years like 1991 had close to 150,000 gold coins minted across all the weight sizes.
